Yeah, of course it's biased towards C++. I was evaluating libraries for use in 
a C++ application. I made that pretty clear, I think. I don't care about 
inclusion on the Create website, it was just a blog entry. And that's not the 
place for "neutral and objective". (If such a thing exists.)

But I don't have a problem with it appearing on Create either. I even haven't 
got a problem with a title like "Evaluation of image libraries for use in a 
C++ environment", if that would make you happy.
