[CREATE] LGM 2

Hi there!

I will be coordinating the atendants to LGM 2 on the GIMP side 
(althought the official contact to the GIMP team and final word is 
still Sven) .

Some people will want to make presentations there - who is taking care 
os schedulling the presentations? I saw nothing about it yet.
