[CREATE] LGM 2 Website / freenode

Thanks to Andy Fitzsimon, we have a mockup and we are adding content 
to LGM2 website at http://lgm.scribus.net .. 

This only a temporary 
location when it is more complete we will switch over to the LGM 
domain.

I have also setup #lgm on irc://freenode.net
