[CREATE] LGM2007 Press Release

Heya, I took a first stab at the first press release for LGM 2007.

So, the goal is to get it solid by WED and then get translations
happening on it so we can send out a week from now on SUNDAY evening for
full press up-take:

Please jump on it! Also, if projects don't express support and that they
are not going to be part of the event, we will remove them from the site
and PR.
