[CREATE] holy spam batman.

the create wiki has been smashed by spammers... is there any more
anti-spam ideas anyone has to fix this? recently, inkscape set up
their wiki to make everyone validate their email address...

i started trying to revert all the spam, and block the users
responsible, but their is so much, and its really not worth my time if
its going to be back their tomorrow... (there was about 20+ spam edits
yesterday alone...)
