[CREATE] Fwd: [Gimp-developer] OpenPalette Implementation.

Hi,

After looking at it, I think the spec we agreed on Create is better. Because 
it includes color management, and because the validity of a palette is 
checked by DTD/RelaxNG.

That said we need to finish the spec (or more like to write more than a 
sample), I started to do so last week but got blocked by the spam feature of 
the wiki :( maybe I will have time today or tomorrow to finish it.
