[CREATE] What is a "swatch" ?

Hello,

It has been quiet for a while, so lets bring the discution alive again.

We have two problem at hand, defining a "color palette" format and a swatch 
book format.

* "color palette" : in [1] we have two propositions with no objection/weakness 
(F and G), so unless someone raise objection to either or both before the end 
of the month, I suggest we move on to use them as a base for the 
specification

* swatch book format, the more I think about this, the more I wonder if the 
best solution isn't to simply have an archive (zip or tar) containing files 
using the currently existing file format.
