Then we need to raise topic on new swatches file format. What exactly
do we need to do? We used to have a some kind of proposal from Scribus
team, didn't we?

(And maybe we need a (better) integration with other CC powered sites
like http://openphoto.net/ or reuse http://yotophoto.com/, but that's
another story)
