How many talks do you want to have? In the first LGM, we had (including
lightning talks) 11 talks in 2 days.

We probably could have fit more - up to 15 - without sacrificing the
format. We left too long between presentations, I think, for the most part.

But 10 - 15 minute talks implies to me that you want 40+ talks?
