[CREATE] Bad news from Amsterdam

I guess its not completely out of the question. But, Ton is the
pull-it-together man so often, so it would seem shelved for this year.
Also, others like CC NL sounded over-committed as well...then, Andy is
always awesome and super eager to do in Singapore.

Regardless, others please speak now or forever hold it :)
