I'm not sure what you mean by insiders and outsiders here ;-) but yes it
has grown long!

I like it more fast-paced as well; Jon / Nat -- what do you think?

To draw in typographers we might need quite another text and something
else than Bitstream Vera ;-) but I think at this point it is about
announcing date and place and targeting a general tech-conference audience
so the shorter, the better? a.l.e + Louis + Constant will work on the
LGM-site soon (planned to go public in August); from than on it might be
easier to communicate depth and breadth of the event.

The kinds of audiences I am connected to, do not expect communication
earlier than 6 months in advance plus really a site needs to be up so I
rely on you all to decide on the tone/length of this release.

Let me know when we're at a final version and I will re-re-sync Dutch and
French a.s.a.p.!
