[CREATE] Brussels venue?

Got some thoughts for toughening up a couple of spots on the press release
(active voice, etc) that I'm about to put in.  Well, in the English copy,
anyway.

That said, I feel like I have to come down solidly on the side "if you don't
have the venue, the press release for the city is premature."  Speaking
solely from the perspective of someone who receives unsolicited press
releases, if I were to get one that announced the city and date but not the
location, I would consider it incomplete information and probably not jump
on it.  Granted, there are a lot of robo-release sites these days that will
reprint anything (legit) that comes in, but attracting their attention
wouldn't attract writers and *probably* wouldn't attract additional
attendees.

I know that doesn't help accelerate the process of finding a venue (and I
know you can't roll the dice and rush that), but I think
10-months-out-with-full-information bests
11-months-out-with-partial-information.  However, I will still happily add a
tweak or two to the English copy of the press release wiki page.
