Gathering all conferences/talks/speakers ideas on the Create/Conference
[LGM]  wiki is what we have been using for the past LGMs.

To maintain consistency among talk suggestions, we can use the same format
for everyone: Title / Presenter / Short Biography / Summary of Talk / Agenda
specifications if any / Type of presentation [Plain talk followed by
questions, Workshop, Open Debate, Lighting Talk, BoF, Team Meeting, etc.].
