anyway, for all people interested, i received more info about Brazil
and LGM (as feedback on an identi.ca message i sent):
in Brazil, it seems something similar to LGM actually exists in
Brazil, itinerant to FISL meetings - they may have some interesting
background for when happening a worldwide-focused LGM there, whatever
in 2011 or 2012, what can be considered as an awesome good start:
