[CREATE] Decision for LGM 2011 venue ? Action required

Hi all,

We are doing this our third edition. III LGM-BR in FISL.

2010 - Now, in July at FISL (www.fisl.org.br).

We have many users and artists participating.
In addition to the local communities, social networks add a lot of  
people. Look at the numbers:
