[CREATE] lgm 2011

dear creators,

the next lgm is just behind the corner and one topic will certainly be: "where will lgm 2011 take place?"

should we add a section to the create wiki, where people can candidate for hosting the lgm?

i don't think that we need a deadline for filling the information, but having a "formal" proposal put together before the end of the lgm 2010 will put them in better light...
