[CREATE] Details about the LGM talks itself

I guess a projector will be there, but... can we connect our own laptop
though VGA? or we are only allowed to plug a pendrive with a PDF file?

How big is the talk room? there is no pics in the Pianofabriek website. We
will need to speak loud?

There will be someone recording videos?

And outside of the talks, there will be some kind of ID cards? Is hard to
remember 20 names in just a minutes.
