[CREATE] Libre Graphics Magazine — how to distribute it widely

Hello!

This is an awesome idea I'd love to help with design or content or
anything else. I am now at the open hardware summit in NYC and am
having lots of ideas for LGM. When can we meet in Montreal soon?
