thanks for sharing.  I believe the author is here, so *great article, Nate!*  
I am ashame to admit it that I've missed it completely until you shared it 
here.

AFAIK so far all the nice linear street panoramas (sorry, can't find the 
links, there was one artists in SF IIRC who did some marvellous ones a few 
years ago) where done with manual warping / masking in Photoshop.

I'll be in Montreal October 8-10.  A question to locals:  if you had the 
opportunity to shoot one street this way, which one would you do, and why?
