[CREATE] Need volunteer to record LGM 2011

Hi,

We need 2 cameras capable of recording a whole day without too much
monitoring, on a card or on a hard drive, no tapes.

Kaveh has that equipment but so far we found nobody to carry it over. Plan A
doesn't work so far.

We're looking locally at Polytechnique. All those schools have such video
equipement. The difficulty for us is we need it for 4 consecutive and
complete days. So we wait for a an answer on than Plan B.

The Plan C is to rent the cameras. We would rent them for a week as week
specials are less than 4 days of renting. The cost would be CAD $450 + taxes
for the week, for 2 HD cameras. I could personally lend a tri-pod and we
would need to find a second one. Otherwise we would need to rent it on top
of the cameras.

In any event, we will be recording the sessions and I will make the final
call during the week of May 2.

Any input will be appreciated.
