[CREATE] LGM 2011 Reimbursements

Hi list,

We'd like to know the status of the reimbursements for LGM 2011.

The deadline for submitting requests was May 27th, and though we 
understand that one would wait for late submitters (as was pointed out 
on the list), we feel at this time it would be appropriate to shed some 
light on this issue.
