[CREATE] LGM2011 Launch Timings + pledgie drive

Oh, I'm not disagreeing with the sentiment or scope at all. It's just the
issue of referring to it as a contest. I think that even the structure can
remain the same, just that the word "contest" may alienate users who view
themselves as being in a professional bracket. The idea of a contest can
sometimes feel uncomfortably like spec work.

I'm all for the idea of soliciting submissions, using a jury to choose a
small group from the submissions, printing those selected images and showing
them off. I think it's a brilliant plan. Just that we may not want to refer
to it as a contest.
