[CREATE] Announcement: Libre Graphics magazine 1.2 is out now

Good call -- I'll add the cover previews to the website today.

One more thing, some little typos and inconsistencies were found and an 
updated version is on its way to the server.

For the purpose of pointing these small things out, it's a better idea 
to let us know at enquiries at libregraphicsmag.com , thus avoiding clutter 
at this list.
