[CREATE] ORA spec: is anyone working on getting up a human-readable version of the spec?

OK. I'm proposing (here and on the xdg list) to simply put the texts
from the old CREATE wiki's OpenRaster pages up as a new set of pages
under http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications . Draft
initially, but with the idea of marching it towards 1.0. Or any
version number, really... :-)
