[CREATE] Ad designs needed

Follow-up: attached are the two images from the Linux Magazin folks that
they would like us to use in the sponsor section of the site.  They're
running two banners for us in rotation, starting now-or-almost-now, so it
seems like a fair trade.

Should be linked to http://www.linuxpromagazine.com/ and to
http://www.ubuntu-user.com/ respectively....
