[CREATE] LGM fieldnotes update

To Femke and Monica, and anyone who ordered a copy of the LGM Fieldnotes
book:

Since there were a couple of changes and additions to the schedule, a
correction sheet for the book is now available:
https://github.com/greyscalepress/lgm-2013/raw/master/errata/errata.pdf

Just download the PDF, print it on a piece of A4, use cissors and glue to
update your book!
