[CREATE] Call for GSoC students at LGM Leipzig 2014

Hello Tobias,

I have talked with Carol about GSoC students in general, but yes we
were mainly referring to 2013 year students.

Former students are not excluded though. I think the point is that
whatever we do should be reasonable. So, if there are people who were
GSoC students in 2005, I personally would not say that this is
reasonable or if someone is working already for a longer time, we
should look how this would still relates to the GSoC program which is
intended to get actual students in projects. So, I would stick to this
intention of Google in regards to the travel funding for LGM here.
