72 of 75? Michael proposed 72, and that seems the default for Krita as
well. We've got an experimental implementation here:
https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/115894, but that needs changing, since
it saves the resolution the same way we do in .kra.
But that's easy enough to adapt for us, of course.
