i could not find any rule in the form that would reject the content...

since the submission time is over and -- supposing  that the # is the
problem -- the character is not that much used for linking to the
homepage i won't spend time in trying to fix that bug (i also don't
know if somebody else removed a rule in the meantime...)

finally, i've modified the website you have submitted to match the url
above... so you url should be correct!
