[CREATE] Call for Libre Graphics Meeting 2015 venue

Hi all,

This is a reminder that we are looking for a venue in 2015 for the 10th
edition of the Libre Graphics Meeting.

Teams who wish to submit a bid for 2015 are gladly welcome to do so in a
timely manner so we can have the pleasure of helping you with the details --
there are lots! -- and make sure you can talk at LGM about your proposal. Be
prepared to answer tons of interesting questions! :)

We have pushed the limit to Friday March 28, 2014. However, it is expected
you will have questions in preparing your bid or that we will have some
questions while reviewing it, so don't hesitate to submit soon. There will
be room for discussion and room for changes, additions, precisions.

- Review the documentation.
- Ask your questions.
- Prepare and upload your proposal.
- Prepare for a short presentation and be ready for questions from the
audience at LGM.
- The LGM organisition team will review the proposals in the weeks
following LGM 2014.
- After this process is complete we will announce the 2015 venue on this
list.
