[CREATE] RawTherapee expert required ASAP

Not sure if you're familiar with it, but we've been building a community
over at https://discuss.pixls.us around Free Software photography.

The RawTherapee team uses it as part of their official forums. I'll cross
post this request there and find someone to get back to you asap.
