[CREATE] Openraster format spec text/svg specification and general needs

Hi Boudewijn,

What do you think about support for alpha inheritance or 'clip layers' as
an official attribute that can be put on <layer> elements in the stack? I
have seen a few artists make use of this but this information is currently
lost when saving ORA.

Also, a separate question: may UUIDs be generated for separate elements in
the stack, similar to how they are available in Krita's default file
format?

Both of these attributes can be recommended but not required without impact
to existing parsers for the standard.
