[CREATE] after LGM 2019

dear LGMers,

thanks very much to everyone who contributed to making a great LGM in
saarbrücken. i've written a blog post about it on the UpStage website,
https://upstage.org.nz/?p=8070.

as a result of presenting at LGM we have a new person on our team -
elisa is bringing her design skills to the UpStage project, yay elisa! &
since the LGM we have been contacted again by AUT (university in new
zealand) & will probably have another student team to work on the new
software, which is great. we're also continuing to persue funding ideas.
so it's all carrying on & we welcome any other interested people to get
involved.
