[CREATE] libre font test results updated

Hi all,

Freetype 2.10 was out a week or so ago, so the Font Validator backend is rebased and retested on libre fonts current Fedora and Ubuntu. The ubuntu result is generated with the win64 backend (with wine). 

Font owners etc can have a look.
