[CREATE] LGM in Rennes postponed to 2021, online event this year

Hi,

As discussed on the LGM mailing list, we decided to postpone the Libre
Graphics Meeting in Rennes to 2021.

For this year, we are evaluating the possibility to make an online event
as some people expressed their interest.
