[CREATE] State of Libre Graphics talk at SCaLE

Hey all,

A few of us will be giving a talk on the state of Libre Graphics at this 
year's SCaLE conference.

If you're working with a project or just want to help out, we're 
starting to compile a list of significant events/features that have come 
to applications over the last year or so!
