[CREATE] ORA topic presentation for Online LGM 2020

Hi folks,

I am interested in the evolution of the OpenRaster format as I develop the image editing software LazPaint. In particular, I have added some features in my software (stored in LazPaint format "LZP") and wonder about storing it in OpenRaster files:
- vectorial shapes (in particular support for SVG)
- affine transformations (for vector shapes and bitmaps)
- layer effects (shadow, stroke, inner light)

I plan as well to implement:
- layer groups
