[CREATE] [LGM] Poll about LGM 2021

Yes, thank you Elisa for the precision, I forgot to mention that indeed
we also discussed about giving the possibility to teams and contributors
to come for a metting at Activ Design's office. The capacity will be
somehow limited but better than nothing. Let's see how the idea grows :)
