Hello CREATErs!

Why not start the new year right by giving a talk about Free Software for artists! There will be a Libre Graphics track SCaLE 16x this year!
That's right, a whole day of nothing but talks about graphics applications. The one-day only graphics track is on Friday, March 9, 2017 - 10:00 to 17:00 at the Pasadena Convention Center in the Los Angeles, California area.

Submit your talk ideas to Please submit your proposal to graphics-cfp@socallinuxexpo.org. We welcome all sorts of submissions, from application tutorials, workflow, new projects, developer focus talks, and any other interesting topic you can come up with.

We'll probably be organizing a photo walk around the lovely city of Pasadena as well. There has also been discussion of a booth on the expo floor to promote our applications.

The deadline for submissions for speaking are January 10th (sorry for the short notice). We'd love to hear all the ideas!

Hope to see you there. :D
