D-BUS broadcast messages

Hi all,

I've bumped into inconsistency relating D-BUS broadcast messages. This is 
basically the same problem saroj panda already noticed and reported in mail 
dated Fri Mar 19 21:32:37 2004.

The thing is that D-BUS specification says all broadcast messages should be 
sent to special service org.freedesktop.DBus.Broadcast. However, quick 
grepping of D-BUS sources would indicate that this service receives no 
special treatment. Instead messages with no destination service are treated 
as broadcast messages.

So the current code and specification on the web are in contradiction. It'd 
be good to have the specs updated or the code fixed.
