[PATCH] Misc. fixes

Hi,

Attached is a patch that fixes a problem with tcp addresses: defaulting
to "localhost" when a host is not specified doesn't work.  Also,
unreffing a DBusServer that is still connected doesn't work.  New test
cases included.
