outstanding patches

Hi,

trow told me yesterday I hadn't reviewed all his patches, which I didn't
realize (I thought only Michael's big marshaling patch was outstanding).
Also, I've been unsubscribed due to bounces a few times, which I blame
on the servers since it doesn't happen to me with other lists ;-)

Anyway, short version since we aren't using this "bugzilla" innovation,
maybe people should point me to what's outstanding.

Also, it's very helpful if other people look at patches as well and post
comments; there are lots of us qualified to make big picture comments
and find the simple mistakes in a patch.
