The renaming of dbus_connection_setup_with_g_main

Hi,

dbus_connection_with_g_main seems to have been renamed to dbus_g_bus_get
but the declaration of dbus_connection_with_g_main is still around in
the dbus/dbus-glib-lowlevel.h file.

Can I remove it from there or is it left for a reason (other than
confusing everyone using dbus-glib? ;)
