[Patch] the org.freedesktop.DBus service doesn't know about itself

org.freedesktop.DBus
method return; sender=org.freedesktop.DBus

This (presumably accidental) behavior makes it difficult to listen for
ServiceCreated and ServiceDeleted messages using the mono bindings.  A
patch is attached.
