Doxygen docs on web page

The doxygen docs on the web page appear to relate to the CVS version,not
0.20 as they claim on 
http://freedesktop.org/Software/dbus/doc/api/html/index.html
(Things like DBusMessageHandler are documented etc.) 

this should probably be more clear.
