Leak in dbus_g_proxy_call_no_reply

Hi,

dbus_g_proxy_call_no_reply doesn't unref the message once it is send, so
it leaks.  Patch attached to fix this.

The patch also adds standard g_return_if_fail() lines to
dbus_g_proxy_call().
