dbus binding tool glib fix

It seems that the dbus-binding-tool doesn't care about the annotation
tags if it's run in the glib-client mode. I don't know if this is the
intention or is this feature just missing.

Anyhow I pathed dbus-binding-tool to use annotations also with the
glib-client mode. Here's the patch.
