0.23.1 release

Hey,

For those of you who fear change, are adamant against progress, or
simply have a feature freeze for your distro, I have branched off the
DBUS_0_23 tag as dbus-0-23, committed a couple of fixes, and made a
0.23.1 release.

As usual:
http://dbus.freedesktop.org/releases/dbus-0.23.1.tar.gz

Unless you plan on shipping packages off this branch or you find some
really huge serious bug in it, I wouldn't bother committing to this
branch.  Focus on HEAD/0.30 and port your software to it, damn it. :)
