minor namespacing question

A lot of the standard D-BUS interfaces and such have a root of
org.freedesktop instead of org.freedesktop.DBus; is this intentional? I
was going to come up with a list of standard annotations (e.g.
org.freedesktop.DBus.Deprecated), and I noticed that the other standard
names didn't include DBus. While I guess it's pretty unlikely that
there'd be a project created on freedesktop.org called "Peer",
"Properties" or "Introspectable", it seems cleaner to have it there, no?
