BTW, I know this might potentially be some pain for people who have
existing client code, and I know I did say we didn't expect many
changes.  But hopefully there aren't too many projects depending on it
yet, and the existing ones shouldn't be too hard to change.  

But if this API change affects you a lot, we can probably keep the old
API as a wrapper and rename the new API (e.g. dbus_g_proxy_call_async),
but I'd like not to do that unless there's a major need....so now's your
chance to say :)
